Shipping & Returns
- I strive to ship out orders within 1-2 days of purchase. Friday afternoons, weekends and holidays, please allow up to 3 business days for your item to ship.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed to ship out. Check junk/spam email. Please allow 1 days for the tracking to update. Once your order arrives in your mailbox, you will also receive an email notifying you!
- Local pick up at my store in Jennings is also available. We usually have pick up orders ready within an hour if it is during normal business hours otherwise, it would be ready the following business day. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email letting you know (check junk mail)
- If you do select local pick up, your order must be picked up that same week otherwise, please choose shipping so we can get your order to you in a timely manner. We have no room to store extra packages.
- I offer standard shipping for $5, priority shipping for $8 and orders over $125 ship for Free!
- Elm Boutique is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the stated timeframe. Please contact your local carrier.
- If your tracking information states that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier. USPS or UPS.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address before you checkout. Elm Boutique is not responsible for addresses entered incorrect at checkout.
- Once the package leaves Elm Boutique and is in the hands of the carrier, Elm Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking. USPS or UPS.
- Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package. Tracking is provided once we process your order. Please check junk/spam mail for that email.
- Local pick-ups: Your items will not be eligible for return or exchange 7 days after your order is marked ready for pick-up. You will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick-up via email. Please check junk/spam if you don't see it.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit will need to be used within 30 days of issuing.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please note mystery items, leggings, earrings, or items ending in $.99 and sale items including any gift with purchase or coupon codes are FINAL SALE.

- Item must be in perfect condition to be accepted for a return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Please note, I ship from an odorless, smoke and pet free environment, and respectfully request any returns to meet these same conditions.
